Conveyance

Conforma Clad can protect your conveyance system from the affects of severe abrasion, erosion and corrosion. Our cloth delivery system enables densely-packed tungsten carbide to be uniformly applied to complex geometries, providing a protective barrier that wears at a uniform and predictable rate.

Common Conforma Clad Conveyance Components:

  • Pipes
  • Elbows
  • Chutes
  • Diverters
  • Elevator Buckets
  • Fans
  • Pipe Spools
  • Screw Conveyors

Features & Benefits

  • Eliminate Blowouts - Our cladding can be applied to the weak links in your conveyance system, eliminating blowouts and product loss.

  • Prevent Lost Product - Undetected blowouts can lead to excessive product loss and require large clean-up efforts.

  • Reduce Maintenance Costs & Downtime - Eliminating blowouts reduces maintenance expenses and unscheduled downtime.

  • Avoid Cross-Contamination - Other wear-protection methods use a cavity, which can retain product and lead to contamination between runs.
