Custom Protective Liners  Our custom-made protective liners provide engineered solutions to guarding your large equipment from the affects of abrasion and erosion. Conforma Clad liners protect components that are too large to undergo our direct cladding process. We routinely develop liners for burner components, fans and an assortment of other equipment. Our liners are installed on-site and can be welded or mechanically locked into place.   Custom Protective Liners Cladding Specifications Substrates  Cladding can be applied to most carbon steels, stainless steels and alloy steels.  Temperature Continuous operation at temperatures up to 1900 degrees F (1038 degrees C) with nominal performance impact. Able to withsatnd transients in excess of 2000 degree F.
