I would like to take this time to say Thank You to Rick
Frederick for the urgency he demonstrated in helping us rebuild and align our
extruder, while installing our new Conforma Clad screws. We had originally
planned to rebuild and install the new screws on August 20th and 21st. On the
morning of August 11th the rear bearing on our Wenger 185 extruder came apart,
which disabled our extruding capabilities. I put in a call to Rick Frederick, at
approximately 10:00 AM, and explained to him the situation. He immediately
suggested that he could be here within a day. The next morning at 5:00 AM he
began helping us finish disassembling our extruder and rebuilding it. During the
rebuilding process, he helped us gain knowledge and explained all critical
points of the rebuild to us for future reference. He showed professionalism at
its highest level and physically helped in the rebuild process, as if it were
his own extruder. Rick has demonstrated to us the professionalism and urgency
that every customer likes to have, to make them feel like they are important -
and it’s just not words. Again, our team would like to thank Rick Frederick for
his knowledge, professionalism, urgency and attention to detail so that our
rebuild would be a great success and function properly when we began our pet
food processing.
